  • If a user mistakenly made a double payment while registering at NEO, they can request a refund.
  • We encourage the User to log in to the portal and its subjective nature before making the request to avail of such services.


  • For Double Payment Refund Request, the user may place a request for the same via mail to
  • The Refund request shall be entertained and processed only for the double payment generated.
  • In no other circumstance, the Company shall process a refund request.
  • The representative will cross-check for the eligibility of the refund.
  • Refund shall be credited to the source of the payment received by the Company from the User.
  • In certain situations, the refunds shall reflect in the payment source in 7-10 working days and the company disclaims all liabilities for the same.
